SUMMARY - This workshop gives graduating high school female seniors and parents critical information on personal safety, nutrition/hydration, academics and expectations. This workshop helps both students and their parents with successful college and career readiness prep for college. The content of this workshop is vital for incoming college freshmen and can potentially be life-saving!
* College Prep Parent night is available if workshop is done during the school day for the students.

SUMMARY - Help our students conquer obstacles in our current high stakes testing and educational environment. Give students the confidence, reduce stress and gain the perspective needed to overcome obstacles, set attainable short-term and long-term goals. This workshop will assist in motivating students academically and personally to maximize their potential.

SUMMARY - Enhance the preparation for high school and college for middle school students. There is an optional parent workshop available with this workshop that fill focus on what parents can do to support their children to transition effectively to high school and eventually college.
